5. Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.

These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in our product or shipping prices.
6. Delayed or Lost Shipments

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please check your tracking link and contact your local delivery provider.

For UK orders, please allow up to 7 business days after dispatch before reporting a delay.

For international orders, allow up to 21 business days before filing a claim.

If your package is confirmed lost after investigation, we will issue a full refund or ship a replacement at no extra cost to you.
🔁 Returns & Exchanges
1. Return Period
We accept returns within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Returned items must be:

2. How to Request a Return

3. Who Pays for Return Shipping?

If the item is faulty, incorrect, or arrived damaged, we will cover the full cost of return shipping.

If the return is due to other reasons (e.g., change of mind, wrong size), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
4. Refund Processing Time
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.

The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider or bank.
🇪🇺 Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)
If you are located in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.
